Not a Boat Fan

A few weeks ago we went over to a friend's house for an afternoon at the lake.  The weather was great and I was excited to have Maddie ride in a boat for the first time.  The boat ride did not go according to plan though.  She cried the whole time we were on the boat until we got dropped back off on the dock.  Maddie loved swimming in her little floaty, so we did that instead while the guys were wakeskating.

It was mostly a scream about hating the big lifejacket (that I didn't want to take off while the boat was moving), so I think we'll wait and try again next year when the lifejacket fits better!
