We just got back from a relaxing week on the beach in sunny Mexico! Ben, Maddie, my mom and myself had the most amazing week. It was so chill and relaxing! The resort we stayed at is connected to two other resorts, so there was 7 restaurants, 3 pools and everything else you could possibly need. We didn't have to leave the resort at all (other than getting groceries on the first day). The beaches were beautiful and all of the resort staff were so great. Our whole suite got deep cleaned every single day! The weather turned out to be perfect even though it was forecasted to be rainy for most of the days. I guess I shouldn't trust the weather websites!
It was so fun to have Maddie along on the trip. She was a rockstar on all the flights and took extra long naps every
day. We were talking to another family there that had a baby the same
age and they said their daughter was not sleeping well. I guess we lucked out! We also figured out that we have quite the little fish on our hands. Swimming was definitely Maddie's favorite part of the trip!
It was the perfect start to December!
