1. Is becoming very aware of gender differences in the past few weeks. Only wants to use the girl bathroom and clarifies that Daddy and AJ are the only boys she likes.
2. On that note, she has a meltdown when she sees that her swimming teacher is a boy (although she had no problem with him the past two months) and will not get in the water. We switched to a different class after two weeks of having to reschedule to a different day.
3. Maddie had her first dentist appt this week! Good strong teeth- we're hoping she takes after me and not her cavity prone Daddy. (And she freaked when she saw she had a male hygentist- good thing the dentist was a girl)
4. When I told her I was getting my eyebrows done she was excited because she said I was going to come home with pink eyebrows.
5. Maddie does this thing where if she cries too hard she holds her breath and almost faints. (Only when she's really upset and tired- it freaked me out the first time though!) Her doctor told us to just blow on her face to make her take a breath. The other day she was upset about something and crying. She went up to Ben and said, "Blow on my face Daddy."
Everly:
1. Got out of her cranky stage right after I typed it last week. We also put on her amber necklace, so maybe that helped?
2. She is soooo chatty all the time!
3. If she's ever hard to put to sleep I just tie her up in the Solly wrap and start cleaning and she's fast asleep. (The key is the movement, so it's a perfect time to clean)
4. Her nails grow so fast! It's hard to prevent little face scratches with her!
5. Like any second child, doesn't get to take baths as often. But when she does, she loves it!
