Everly: 15 Months

What a little toddler we have on our hands! Everly is such a fun little girl and I am soaking up every second on this age.  We had a rough week or two when we had a cold plus working on some molars that took forever to come through, but she is finally back to her cheerful and feisty self! Ev isn't the bed sleeper still, but those few weeks were rough.

It was a word explosion between 14 and 15 months for Everly. She has started to say so many words so clearly that even people who aren't her parents can understand. (Me and Ben can understand quite a few that don't sound like much!) My favorite new word is 'bubble' referring to the soda stream water that she loves to drink. Other new words are AJ, Minnie Mouse, Rella (Cinderella), Milk, Thank You, Please, Wawa (Water), More.  Seriously, now that's I'm writing them down- she has really started to talk. She tries new words all the time whenever we tell her something.

She still loves to do whatever Maddie is doing and likes to follow along with Maddie's make believe. It was pretty adorable. She has learned to hold her own when it comes to getting a toy stolen from her and Maddie isn't liking that aspect too much. They are really becoming such good playmates and I love to watch it!

She has been good about telling us when she has to go on the potty. We aren't full fledged potty training yet, but she loves to go in the toilet like Maddie. 

Her hair has started to come in all of a sudden, finally! It's darker than Maddie's was which means you can actually see there is some hair there. Hooray for bald babies :)

She is a feisty girl and we can definetly already see the personality differences between Ev and Maddie. For example, I don't go get Ev from her nap right away and she is already trying to get her leg up to climb out of her crib. Maddie never even tried to climb out of her crib and still usually calls for us from her full size bed.

Stats: 32.5 inches and 20 lbs 14 oz

Teeth: She was later to get all of her other teeth- then all of a sudden her molars popped through in the same couple weeks. Now a total of 11 teeth!

New Words: Bubble, Minnie Mouse, Wawa

Favorite Foods: Avocado and Black Beans

Favorite Toys: Baby dolls

Likes: Whatever Maddie is holding, feeding baby dolls, dancing, reading books (usually the same few)

Dislikes: Getting turned down when she asks for milk in the middle of the night, getting a snack stolen by Lucy or Oliver
