Maddie:
1. The day after we got home from the East Coast she said, "I just really miss John today."
2. We were standing in the kitchen and Maddie said, "Thanks Mom and Dad." We asked what she was thanking us for. She said, "Just thanks Mom and Dad for doing stuff. Thank you so much."
3. She always talks about the 'sun going to sleep' now and when it's starting to get dark she always comments that it's almost time for bed.
Everly:
1. Loves dogs. When she sees dogs out on walks or is playing with our dogs she says, "Dog, dog" I think we can classify that as her first word!
2. She finally started saying 'Mama' again after being only a 'Dada' girl for a while. She is such a Mommy's girl right now too.
3. When you ask her for a kiss, she comes at you with a huge open mouth.
